What information should I include in a bug report?

Please include the app name, your device model, operating system version, and clear steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots or screen recordings are also very helpful.

Do you offer refunds for app purchases?

Refunds for apps purchased through the Apple App Store are handled directly by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
